3.VIETPAC services:

  Taking its first steps in1994, VIETPAC has unceasingly been developing, deserving Vietnam’ leading data network. By December 30^th 1999, the network has 482 subscribers of which 70% is direct.

4. Frame Relay, VOIP, VPN, E-Commerce, Internet Roaming services:

   Keeping up with the growth of telecommunication services in the region as well as being prompted by the market’s demand, VDC in cooperation with foreign partners has conducted a experimental project of supplying Frame Relay, VOIP, VPN, E-Commerce, Internet Roaming services. The above services will be formally provided at the beginning of 2000.
